We are looking for hardworking, reliable Labourers to join our crew on several major projects across the region. If you’re physically fit, punctual, and ready to put in the hard yards, we want you on our team.

🚧 The Role: On the Ground & In the Thick of It

Forget the office cubicle. Your workplace is the great outdoors, and your mission is to keep the project moving forward safely and efficiently.

• The Work: A mix of everything—site preparation, trenching, pipe laying, assisting trades, and operating basic machinery.

• The Tools: You’ll be handy with hand and power tools, helping with concrete pours, and ensuring site safety and cleanliness.

• The Vibe: High energy, team-oriented, and focused on hitting deadlines without cutting corners on safety.

🌟 What You Bring to the Site

We hire for attitude as much as we do for skill. We need people who show up and step up.

• Tickets & Licences: A valid White Card is non-negotiable.

• The Bonus Factor: Do you have a Truck Licence (MR, HR, or HC)? That would be amazing! Being able to jump in a rig and move materials or gear makes you a massive asset to our crew.

• Physical Fitness: You’re capable of heavy lifting and long days on your feet in all weather conditions.

• Reliability: You’re the person who is five minutes early, every single day.

• Experience: Previous experience in civil construction, roadworks, or general labouring is preferred, but a rock-solid work ethic is most important.
